IPAdmin provides several ways to search for Colibri-Common student accounts. Click on the examples below to see how the values appear in the form above and in the quick search box at the top of the page.

• Search by one or more email addresses or older style Legacy Username
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Legacy Username IDBrokerDev (a non-email formatted Username)
  • Several emails [email protected],[email protected](Separated by a comma or semi-colon)
  • Mixed format: IDBrokerDev;[email protected](Separated by a comma or semi-colon)
• Search by Student Name
  • First and last name: Mike McWilliams
  • First and partial last name: Mike McW
  • Flexible naming first names (multiple delimiter) and last name:
    • Don/Donald Jones
    • Tim|Timothy Jones
    • Mike,Michael McWilliams
• Search Phone Number and Student ID
  • By StudentID ("s:" prefix): S:22595329(Use "S:" prefix for the tiny search box at the top of the page or without the prefix in the main search form.)
  • By Phone Number: Example:3149221332 (Mobile number, day and evening numbers supported.)
